Carbon fiber is a high-strength, high-modulus fibrous material with carbon content >90%, produced by carbonizing organic precursors like PAN. It features lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical/thermal conductivity.

"K"=1,000 filaments. 1K/3K: fine tows, smooth surface, ideal for aesthetic parts; 6K: balanced performance & cost, general purpose; 12K: coarse tows, high efficiency, suitable for large-scale reinforcement/mass production.

5-step process: 1️⃣Surface preparation → 2️⃣Primer application → 3️⃣Leveling & repair → 4️⃣Fabric bonding (resin coating + roller degassing) → 5️⃣Curing (≥7 days at 25℃). Key points: resin-fabric compatibility, temperature control, thorough compaction & air removal.

Impregnation resin (for fabric bonding), Steel-bonding adhesive (steel plate + fabric composite), Anchoring adhesive (for bolt fixing). Principle: Use adhesives from the same brand/system in one project to avoid compatibility risks.

Test per GB/T 3354, GB 50728, etc.: defect-free appearance, areal weight tolerance ≤±5%, mechanical properties meet specs, bond strength ≥2.5MPa with concrete cohesive failure, aging retention ≥90%. Recommend obtaining CNAS/CMA accredited third-party reports.

Fabric: Store in dry, cool place (<30℃, humidity <60%), keep original sealed packaging, store vertically to avoid creasing, shelf life ≥12 months; 🧴Adhesives: Store A/B components separately, sealed at 5-25℃, shelf life 6-12 months (refer to label).

Customization available for width (100-1500mm), weight, weave pattern, tow size, etc. MOQ: 1 roll for standard items, ≥500㎡ for custom; Sampling: 3-5 days; Lead time: 3-7 days (standard), 15-25 days (custom). Recommend providing application scenario + technical specs in advance.

Carbon fabric is inert & non-toxic; adhesives comply with RoHS/REACH, low-VOC; ⚠️During construction: wear dust mask/goggles/gloves, ensure ventilation, keep away from open flames; rinse immediately if adhesive contacts skin. Recommend reviewing MSDS and conducting safety training.
