JunTeng has launched a new series of Carbon-Carbon (C/C) Plates engineered for structural integrity under extreme thermal and mechanical loads. These advanced composites are manufactured through a rigorous densification process—repeated impregnation and carbonization—that yields exceptional strength retention at temperatures exceeding 1000°C.
The C/C plates feature a unique carbon fiber-reinforced carbon matrix structure, providing low thermal expansion, high thermal shock resistance, and superior wear resistance. To accommodate diverse operating environments, JunTeng offers optional surface treatments including pyrolytic carbon coating, graphite powder impregnation, and silicon carbide (SiC) anti-oxidation layers, which significantly enhance service life in oxidizing atmospheres.
Typical applications include high-temperature furnace fixtures, semiconductor jigs, aviation brake discs, and hot-pressing molds. The plates can be customized in thickness and dimensions, and machined into precision components upon request.
“Our Carbon-Carbon plates represent the culmination of years of R&D in densification technology, delivering reliable performance where conventional materials fail,” said the JunTeng R&D team. With an experienced technical staff averaging over 10 years in the composite industry, JunTeng continues to push the boundaries of high-temperature material solutions for global industrial clients.
