This product is a two-component modified epoxy steel bonding adhesive, specifically developed for reinforcing concrete structures with steel plates. It is compatible with Q235 steel plates and thin steel plates for adhesive reinforcement. Colloidal permeability is strong, which can fill the fine pores of concrete and form an integrated load-bearing layer after solidification, improving the bearing capacity and seismic performance of buildings. The factory has regular stock of 5kg and 20kg standard barrels, and bulk purchases are made for whole vehicle shipments. Steel Bonding Adhesive is only suitable for concrete and cement mortar surfaces. For loose and sandy surfaces, it is recommended to first apply matching adhesive, repair the mortar to level it, and then paste the steel plate for better bonding effect.

Standardized construction six step process

1. Base treatment: Polish and remove floating dust, oil stains, and hollows, repair cracks, and polish flat;

3. Mixing of adhesive steel: Mix agent A and agent B in a 2:1 ratio for 3 minutes until the color is uniform;

5. Paste and apply pressure: Apply pressure evenly to the steel plate, jack, and fixture to remove excess glue;

6. Curing and curing: Let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours to reach initial strength, and fully cure under stress within 7 days.
