3. Multi cycle CVD chemical vapor densification (core process): Perform 4-6 cycles of vapor deposition to evenly fill the gaps in the fiber body with pyrolytic carbon, greatly improving the density of the board and solving the problem of loose pores inside ordinary carbon boards;
4. Ultra high temperature graphitization: The semi-finished product is sent to a 2400℃graphitization furnace for high-temperature crystallization treatment, which improves the thermal conductivity and high-temperature mechanical strength of the board;
5. Precision CNC machining: According to customized customer drawings, complete precision machining such as cutting, drilling, slotting, polishing, etc., to meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of precision thermal field equipment;
6. Anti oxidation coating treatment (optional): For customers using weak oxidation conditions, a high-temperature anti-oxidation protective layer can be sprayed on the surface of the board to extend the product's service life.
