Most Carbon Carbon Nuts on the market are directly cut from carbon carbon sheets and turned into shapes, with many internal layered pores and poor strength; Junteng adopts 6 closed-loop precision processes for integrated molding, with segmented quality inspection throughout the entire process, to improve the overall strength of the nut from the source:
1. High purity 3D prefabricated body weaving: using brand new 12K PAN carbon fiber, 3D interlocking integrated weaving forming, uniform stress on the body, and preventing thread delamination and fracture in the later stage;
2.450℃constant temperature pre oxidation shaping: eliminates fiber internal stress caused by weaving, prevents densification and deformation of the billet during high-temperature processing, and stabilizes the processing size benchmark;
3. Multi cycle CVD gas-phase densification core process: 4 cycles of pyrolytic carbon deposition to fill the internal pores of the billet, significantly improving the overall density and interlayer bonding force, and significantly improving the thread bite wear resistance;
4.2400℃ultra-high temperature graphitization purification: removes impurities inside the billet, improves the purity of the carbon matrix, reduces impurity precipitation under high temperature conditions, and adapts to high-purity semiconductor production environments;
5. Five axis CNC integrated precision turning: using composite material special cutting tools to process internal threads and flange end faces, the tooth profile is complete without burrs or broken edges, and the matching degree with our factory's carbon bolts is 100%;
6. Customized treatment of SiC anti-oxidation coating: For intermittent aerobic door opening conditions, a dense silicon carbide protective layer is sprayed on the surface to significantly increase the anti-oxidation usage temperature. Before leaving the factory, each batch of carbon nuts is randomly sampled for tensile testing, cold and hot impact testing, and thread wear resistance testing. Any non-conforming products are reworked and scrapped, and will never be included in wholesale and bulk orders.

1. One piece molding with high strength solves the problem of high-temperature sliding and cracking. Graphite nuts are extremely fragile due to cold and hot cycles, and metal molybdenum nuts soften and lose their tightness at high temperatures.
