JunTeng has announced the expansion of its Carbon Fiber Woven Fabric product line, now offering a comprehensive range of bidirectional textiles in plain, twill, and satin weaves, available in 1K, 3K, 6K, and 12K filament tow sizes.
The woven fabrics provide balanced mechanical properties in both warp and weft directions, delivering outstanding drapability and formability for complex-curved composite parts. These high-performance textiles are ideal for demanding applications including aerospace interior components, automotive body panels, high-end sporting goods (bicycle frames, fishing rods, hockey sticks), and decorative architectural elements. Independent testing has demonstrated that twill-weave configurations, in particular, exhibit optimized tensile strength due to favorable fiber crimp geometry and reduced stress concentration.
In addition to standard offering, JunTeng provides custom weaving patterns and surface finishes to meet specific modulus, weight, and permeability requirements. All products undergo rigorous quality control, ensuring uniform tow spacing and minimal defects.
